Telefund New Zealand was founded by Jude Lyon in 2015, following nearly two decades of telefundraising for charities in the UK and New Zealand.
Collaborating with regional Not For Profits, and New Zealand and Australian branches of international charities, Telefund prides itself on its ethical fundraising to secure new and existing donors while also coaching telefundraisers and team leaders to maximize results.
A key Telefund aim is to secure regular donors for charities so they can have access to funds that continue to accumulate month after month.
Working collaboratively and flexibly with charities to tailor fundraising campaigns (even with donor lists of fewer than 1,000 leads), our experienced team will help you get the results you need.
The Telefund team – through past and present experience – has worked with charities including Childfund, Amnesty International New Zealand, the New Zealand AIDS Foundation, The Leprosy Mission NZ and Australia, and Totara Hospice.
As a member of the Fundraising Institute of New Zealand (FINZ), Telefund is bound by the FINZ code of ethics.
Our Telefund New Zealand team consists of dedicated and passionate callers who have experience with telefundraising for a wide variety of causes and desired outcomes.

Meet Jude Lyon the owner of Telefund New Zealand!
Jude Lyon
Jude is the founder of Telefund and has extensive experience in fundraising, coaching, team leading, and management experience from working with more than 30 different charities in the UK, Australia, and New Zealand.
Before forming Telefund, Jude worked with Ethical, a company that has won the Business Charities UK Award four times. Jude also previously worked as a Programs Manager and Training and Performance Coach for the New Zealand arm of an Australian-based telefundraising agency with a variety of Australian and New Zealand clients.
